REVISION POLICY

The number of revisions you are entitled to is determined by the package you select, and you can request the number of revisions listed in your package details. Our top priority is to provide our customers with high-quality services, and we will keep revising until your requirements are met. If the design concepts remain unchanged, you will not be charged any additional fees. Your revised design will arrive within 48 hours.

If you are dissatisfied with the initial logo or website designs, you can request a full refund for your project within 48 hours of receiving the designs. If the project design has been approved and sent to development, or if the logo has been sent to revision, you will not be eligible for a refund. In addition, other circumstances have been mentioned as to when the 100% money-back guarantee will be void.

TURN AROUND TIME

Web Design Manor typically completes the majority of design services in 48-72 hours, which is the time it takes for a single iteration of the design stage. This is not the total time needed to complete a project from beginning to end. Depending on the type of service, the revision process could take anywhere from 48 to 72 hours, or two business days. As an example:

  • If you place a logo order or request revisions on Monday, the completed work will be delivered by Wednesday.
  • If you order a logo or request revisions on Friday, you can expect to receive the finished product by the end of the day on Tuesday.

REFUND POLICY

While Web Design Manor offers a 100% refund on all design services, please keep in mind that certain conditions apply and the refund is not unconditional.

Web Design Manor’s Refund Policy will be Void if;

  • You have chosen a custom or unique package.
  • The initial design concept for any service has already been approved.
  • The logo has already been developed.
  • The website has been designed, developed, and is now live.
  • You have requested changes to be made.
  • The cancellation was made for non-project-related reasons.
  • For over two weeks, no one has contacted the company.
  • The company's policies or guidelines have been violated.
  • Another company or designer has been approached about the same project.
  • The necessary information is not included in the creative brief.
  • A full redesign has been requested.
  • The refund request has passed the deadline.
  • The refund request has exceeded the time frame specified.
  • The company is closing down, changing its name, or changing its nature.
  • Reasons such as change of mind, disagreement with a partner, or other non-service-related reasons will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
  • After a client has approved numerous rounds of revisions (for any service).
  • The refund will be approved solely at the discretion of Web Design Manor's management.
  • Management's decision on the matter will be final./li>
  • If a client subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with one of the services, the refund will only apply to that specific service, not the entire bundle.
  • Orders canceled prior to project initiation for reasons unrelated to the design service will be subject to a 33% cancellation administrative fee.

Please note that Web Design Manor reserves the right to refuse any work or terminate the contract at its sole discretion. When you receive a refund, you are not permitted to use the designs for any purpose because they will become the sole property of Web Design Manor. The designs will remain fully owned by the company.

Because the policy states that services unrelated to design services are not eligible for refunds, it is unclear what specific examples should be provided. However, here are some possible examples:

  • Copyright Protection Certificates.
  • Hosting Services for Websites and Emails.
  • SSL certificates for Websites.
  • Purchase a website Domain.
  • Maintenance Plans for Websites.
  • SEO Plans for Websites.
  • Social Media Marketing.
  • Google Adwords Campaigns.
  • Hosting Services.
  • Domain Registration.
  • Advertising and marketing advertising Services.
  • Copywriting Services.
  • Consulting Services.

If any services do not fall under Web Design Manor's policy of providing a full refund for unsatisfactory results, the company's management may choose to provide a partial refund after reviewing the project.

CLAIM YOUR REFUND

To receive your refund, please complete the following steps:

  • Send us an email to initiate a refund.

We will respond to your refund request as soon as possible after we receive it. Following the completion of the necessary analysis, we will proceed with the refund process in accordance with the refund policy listed above. If you need to cancel a project before it begins for reasons unrelated to the service, you must submit a refund request within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a full refund. If you cancel after the initial 24-hour period, a service fee will be charged. Upon receipt of your refund, you will have no rights to the designs submitted by Web Design Manor unless the company and the customer reach an agreement in writing. To ensure legality, the information will be submitted to Copyright Acquisition of Government Copyright Agencies.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • The entire order will be delivered to the specified account on the date specified in the Order Confirmation, and a confirmation email will be sent.
  • The turnaround time will vary depending on the package you have selected, with a minimum requirement of 2 business days.
  • We will not launch a website until all payments have been cleared. If there are any outstanding payments, a website will not be made live.
  • If you require an urgent or rush order, please contact our customer service department.

DESIGN OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

Web Design Manor will only provide finalised designs to the client after receiving a written request for finalisation, and once finalised, the client will receive all of the logo's final core files and will own 100% of the rights to the logo.

  • The client will own the entire final design created by Web Design Manor.
  • The client will own the final design entirely.
  • The client is free to use the finalised design in any way they see fit.
  • The client will not own any materials, media, or other content created during the revision cycles leading up to the final product.

CONTENT CREATION & POPULATION

Web Design Manor will not be liable for creating or adding content (such as text or images) to the website unless this service is purchased exclusively. If you purchase this service, the following terms will apply:

  • Web Design Manor will populate the website with custom content created for the client.
  • The website's content or text will be customized for the customer's website.
  • Images will be uploaded to the website by Web Design Manor.
  • Web Design Manor will purchase stock images for the client from stock photo websites.
  • Only after receiving client approval will images be purchased.
  • Web Design Manor accepts no responsibility for any similarities between the images used on this website and those used on other websites.
  • Web Design Manor will fill the website with products and their details; however, the client will be responsible for providing the product images and details.

N.D.A. & REPUTATION MANGEMENT POLICY

  1. Web Design Manor ensures that the client's personal and project information are kept private and not shared with anyone.
  2. After the project is completed successfully, Web Design Manor and the client agree not to intentionally defame or disparage each other in any matters that arise following its completion.
  3. After the project is successfully completed, both parties agree to refrain from making any defamatory remarks about the client or the company's employees, officers, directors, agents, consultants, affiliates, investors, or business partners. Web Design Manor will take reasonable measures to ensure that its officers and directors do not make such comments.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

If you need to access your finalized design files later, simply contact the Web Design Manor and request the exact file. With their records on hand, they should be able to quickly locate and deliver the design files you require.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Our Customer Support Team is available by phone during regular business hours, Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM GMT, to answer any questions you may have. If you have any questions after business hours, please send them to us via email in the Team Works Account section, and we will respond the next working day.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY

Web Design Manor's main focus is to provide clients with design services and consultancy. We will design and build the services that the client requires, and in some cases, our packages may include technical features that assist with website and email functions. Web Design Manor will provide the client with basic information about these services, as well as the necessary configurations to ensure proper operation. Please keep in mind that we do not provide detailed training or tutorials. Customer-side installation of said services. Web Design Manor may provide the following services, but they are not limited to:

  • Launching Your Website.
  • Web Design Manor will host the customer's website on a demo hosting server provided by us.
  • The test hosting service provided by Web Design Manor for the demo website is a free feature for the client. This service will remain available until the client's websites are live on their separately purchased hosting from us or another hosting provider.
  • Please be aware that if the website is hosted on a third-party web server purchased by the customer, Web Design Manor will not be held liable for any server or hosting-related issues.

There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) between Web Design Manor and the client for technical support or service outages, unless it is purchased as an ongoing maintenance service separately.

  • A Content Management System (CMS) is a system for managing website content.
  • The Web Design Manor company will provide the client with a user guide to help them use the Content Management System (CMS) for the website.
  • It is not Web Design Manor's responsibility to train the client on the aforementioned Website Content Management System (CMS).
  • Emails Setup.
  • Web Design Manor will supply the client with the essential details and configurations to install the emails on their own.
  • It is not the responsibility of Web Design Manor to install the aforementioned emails on the client's end.
  • Web Design Manor is not obligated to provide technical assistance or support in resolving email usage issues because our emails are hosted on public servers and can be accessed by any provider.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

Valid communication should only occur via official emails, such as support@webdesignmanor.com. Any damages, issues, or delays caused by communication channels other than those provided by us are not our responsibility. We are responsible for all information transmitted through our official domains. Because we operate in a global market, our representatives may use pseudonyms when interacting with customers from other regions in order to improve communication.
